The daycare employees of Comme à la Maison are well-trained in child pedagogy and very motivated. All pedagogical employees have a relevant education and experience in childcare. Comme à la Maison does not employ people whom are still studying and working at the same time (BOL).

As of January 1st 2005 all employees in the nursery must have a declaration of good behavior, all of our employees are screened before starting to work with us. All employees at Comme à la Maison have such a certificate (nl. VOG).

Our pedagogical staff is dedicated to providing good care to the children of Comme à la Maison They meet every six to eight week to discuss the well-being of each child. This ensures a continuity of focus on the well-being of the children in our daycare.
