CHILDCARE

We love doing things together

The activities we offer babies and toddlers in care aim to develop their senses, coordination, motor skills and imagination.

For example:

- - Games and puzzles
  - Reading aloud and telling stories
  - Drawing, painting, folding and gluing, baking cakes
  - Dance, gymnastics, yoga
  - Rhymes, music (listening or doing)
  - Games in our backyard
  - Visit to Westbroekpark or educational farm nearby
  - Children from 3 years can go swimming under the supervision ofpedagogical staff member (only with parental permission).

Discovering new interests

We go outside with our children as much as possible, we go to Westbroekpark, farm, skate park, walk in the rosarium, beach(in summer) SeaLife, Madurodam and Museums.

We do this to broaden the children’s horizons and so they learn to discover new interests and also from each other.

The above activities are playful and at the same time very educational.
Moreover, with the togetherness of the activities we stimulate social-emotional development, with this we also hope to create a greater sense of connection between the children and pedagogical staff.

Development journal

Your child will receive his or her own diary. In it the teachers write about the development of your son or daughter. They will also note any special circumstances during care. You can also write down any wishes or changes in your child’s care in the diary. Our staff will then take this into account during the nursery visit.

Why House by the park

We are not the only childcare in The Hague or Scheveningen, but we are unique in our concept: at least 3,4 or 5 days of childcare per week as the only one in The Hague. This ensures continuity and stability for the children.
